In response, Hiptown Résilience offers a turnkey platform combining coworking services at a price that is 30 to 40% lower. The basis of the model is to enable tenants to make their offices profitable and make them accessible to other sub-occupants who, for their part, are unable to find what they are looking for in some cities because supply is too low in relation to demand.
